Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH; 122560) is a 41-amino acid peptide synthesized in the hypothalamus, and play a role in the neuroregulation, responses to stress and immune challenge. Corticotropin Releasing Factor Receptor 2 (CRHR2) was the receptor of CRH.
