Readout of the Alcoholic Strength by Volume from 0.13 to 99.98% ASV is shown on a large LCD screen simultaneously with the readout of the temperature, density at 20C°C and other parameters.

Reading module with Shower proof keyboard allows the user to easily perform the following functions:

• Correct the floater volume with H₂O or certified standard solution
• Zeroset and calibration of the SuperAlcomat
• Date, hour, minute settings and other parameters
• Print reading values and other parameters (printer not included)
• Musts evalutation: Baumè, Babo, Brix and Oechsle degrees
