Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ high capacity Spin Column Kit for rapid purification of Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins.

• Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ high capacity Spin Column Kit is perfectly suitable for rapid purification of Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins from multiple small samples in parallel.
• The kit contains:
  • Wash buffer
  • Elution buffer
  • Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ high capacity resin (50% suspension)
  • Empty spin columns (40 columns)
• The spin columns are not prefilled with resin to allow a customer-specific application and experimental design.
• If the spin columns are filled with, e.g., 100 μL Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ high capacity resin (50 μL column bed volume) up to 600 μg protein can be purified.
• The frit (mesh size 10 μm) in the lower part of the empty spin columns ensure that the resin remain in the spin column while sample or buffer flow through rapidly during the centrifugation process.
• The spin columns are compatible with conventional 1.5 mL or 2.0 mL reaction tubes.
• The maximum filling volume is 700 μL.
