Description

Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™ high capacity cartridge is a HPLC/FPLC cartridge to purify Strep-tag™II or Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins

  • Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™ high capacity cartridges contain a 6% agarose coupled with the streptavidin variant Strep-Tactin™ and are applicable for purification of Strep-tag™II or Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins with HPLC/FPLC devices such as Äkta™ systems (Cytiva).
  • In comparison to Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™, Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™ high capacity has a higher density of immobilized Strep-Tactin™, which leads to a 3- to 5-fold higher yield of purified protein.
