EGF Recombinant Mouse Protein, hIgG1-Fc Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the mature form of mouse EGF (P01132) (Asn 977-Arg 1029) fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus
Brand: Invitrogen 50482M01H5
Includes: One vial of lyophilized protein
Description
Epidermal growth factor (EGF), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in performing cell based assays. It can also be used as a protein standard, or in other research applications.- Activity: Measured in a cell proliferation assay using BALB/c 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts; the EC50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
