Sartoclear Dynamics™ Lab V kits are designed for simultaneous clarification and sterile filtration of 50 mL to 1 L of mammalian cell culture broth to prepare samples for subsequent downstream processing steps, such as protein purification and concentration. The convenient kits combine pouches of filter aid for clarification and vacuum filtration units for sterile filtration.
The Sartoclear Dynamics™ Lab V Kits combine the use of a filter aid for clarification and a vacuum filtration unit with a 0.22 μm polyethersulfone membrane for sterile filtration of up to 1 L mammalian cell cultures. The ready-to-use filter aid is supplied in dust-free and gamma-irradiated pouches.
The Sartolab™ RF bottletop filters with receiver flasks, sterilized by gamma irradiation are
available in volume capacities ranging from 150 mL to 1,000 mL.
