Description

qEV provides the most rapid and effective EV/exsosome isolation system available. qEV is based on Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), and takes around 15 minutes to get a pure sample of intact exosomes. The resulting samples are consistent, standardisable and repeatable.

  • Smallest qEV column, the qEVsingle is designed to separate out Extracellular Vesicles (EV’s) from protein and lipids in small volume samples of biological fluids
  • Intended for single use, they are perfect for working with potentially biohazardous samples, or to avoid contamination when DNA/RNA testing is required. They can also be used for any small volume samples where minimal dilution and maximum recovery is required. Loading a 150μL sample results in a void volume of 1mL and EV fractions of 0.5mL
