Description

qEV provides the most rapid and effective EV/exsosome isolation system available. qEV is based on Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), and takes around 15 minutes to get a pure sample of intact exosomes. The resulting samples are consistent, standardisable and repeatable.

  • The qEV Rack makes running qEV columns faster and more convenient
  • It allows you to rinse and wash two columns while collecting EV fractions from another
  • Wash and void volumes are collected in 15mL tubes at the bottom of the rack and EV fractions are collected into 1.5mL or 0.5mL micro tubes
  • 15mL buffer hoppers attach to the top of the columns and aid in column rinsing and washing
