Description

Designed for use with the QuEChERS methodology. Macherey-Nagel™ Chromabond™ PP Centrifuge Tube is a 50mL graduated polypropylene centrifuge tube with a screw cap for use in extraction/salting out and clean-up (by dSPE) of the sample.

The QuEChERS method has gained a leading position for the determination of pesticide residues in food samples by gas or liquid chromatography, allowing rapid and cheap clean-up of strongly matrix-contaminated samples. The method achieves Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe sample preparation with no need for glassware.
