The PathHunter™ IL17RA/IL17RC Dimerization Bioassay Kit measures ligand-induced dimerization of IL17RA/IL17RC. Bioassay kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The PathHunter™ IL17RA/IL17RC Dimerization Bioassay kit provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting receptor-receptor interaction. This bioassay assesses ligand (e.g. IL-17) induced dimerization of IL17RA/IL17RC receptors. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses IL17RC target protein fused to PK alongside IL17RA target protein fused to EA. Upon ligand-induced dimerization of IL17RA/IL17RC , detectable EFC signal is produced. Bioassay kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, control agonist, detection reagent, and assay plates.
