The new Mastercycler™ nexus is ideal when it comes to the daily routine of PCR

The new Mastercycler™ nexus is ideal when it comes to the daily routine of PCR*. It is easy to use, does not need much space or energy and sends you an email when finished. Due to the flexlid concept, the cycler can deal with all types of PCR consumables, from low volume to 0.5mL PCR tubes and all common PCR plates. If throughput increases, one or two eco units can be connected to your exisiting Mastercycler™ nexus. The gradient option of the Mastercycler™ nexus features the SteadySlope technology to ensure that the heating and cooling ramp rates are identical in both gradient and normal operation. The gradient can include 12 different temperatures with a gradient temperature range of 30°C to 99°C. Both the nexus and nexus gradient have USB, Ethernet, CAN in and CAN out interfaces; the nexus neo has CAN in and CAN out interfaces.
