A part of the JAK/STAT Pathway, STAT3 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3) is phosphorylated at Tyr705 by the Janus family of tyrosine kinases.

For use in combination with the GFP-STAT3 physiological protein substrate (PV5212) and the LanthaScreen™ STAT3 GripTite™ cell line (K1488) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
