Description

Chemically resistant liquid transfer diaphragm pump. Offers wetted material combinations for optimal chemical resistance. Manual control of flow rate with LED indicator. For convenient transfer and dosing of neutral or corrosive liquids. Option for analog and impulse control (RC).

Flow rate of 0.2 to 1.3 L/min.

Pumps are self-priming, maintenance-free and will operate dry indefinitely without damage. Select the best pump based on the desired flow rate, maximum outlet pressure and the wetted materials.

NF100 has a maximum pressure of 1 bar and NF1.100 has a maximum pressure of 4 bar.

  • Three considerations for any liquid diaphragm application:
    • The inlet of pump should not be lower than the level of liquid being transferred
    • An inlet filter is required if media contains particulates or fibers larger than 50 microns
    • Pulsation varies between specific pump models
