Description: The MP4-25D2 antibody reacts with human interleukin-4 (IL-4), a 15-19 kDa cytokine secreted by Th2 cells. Applications Reported: MP4-25D2 has been reported for use in neutralizing IL-4 binding and biological activity. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Applications Tested: The MP4-25D2 antibody has been tested for neutralizing IL-4 binding and biological activity. Storage and handling: Use in a sterile environment.
