Prepacked with MabSelect SuRe™ PCC Protein A Resin for screening and small-scale mAb purification in continuous bioprocessing using periodic counter-current chromatography (PCC)

  • Suited for small scale antibody purifications, as well as optimization of methods and parameters, such as sample load and protein binding conditions
  • Alkali-stabilized, protein A-derived ligand gives the resin greater stability than conventional protein A-based resins under the alkaline conditions used in cleaning-in-place (CIP) protocols
  • These protein A columns provide fast, reproducible, and easy separations in a convenient format
  • Highly concentrated elution pools for operating flexibility and small unit operations
  • Allows cost-effective cleaning with 0.1 to 0.5 M NaOH over hundreds of purification cycles
  • Efficiently inactivates bacteria, mold, and yeast, with improved product quality as a result
  • Columns are optimally utilized when they are connected to liquid chromatography systems such as the ÄKTA systems
