Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity gravity flow column to purify Strep-tag™II or Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins

  • Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity columns are designed for purifying Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ proteins via affinity chromatography in gravity flow
  • Recommended for all protein classes due to the broad pH compatibility, excellent pressure stability, outstanding target purity (>95%), and high binding affinity
  • 4% crosslinked agarose beads coupled to Strep-Tactin™ for straightforward purification of proteins with Strep-tag™II or a Twin-Strep-tag™
  • Targeted elution: no tedious titration steps required and multiple regeneration cycles possible using 100 mM NaOH
  • Ideal alternative for proteins that are difficult to elute from Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ resins
  • Biotinylated proteins also bind to Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity and need to be blocked using BioLock
