The FluoReporter™ FITC Protein Labeling Kit provides a convenient and flexible means for attaching fluorescein (FITC, Ex/Em ∼494/518 nm) to your monoclonal or polyclonal antibody (or any protein >30 kDa). The kit supplies the reagents needed for 5 to 10 labeling and separation reactions.

Important Features of the FluoReporter™ FITC Protein Labeling Kit:
• Labeled proteins typically ready to use in under 3 hours with very little hands-on time
• Optimized for 0.2–2.0 mg of protein with molecular weight >30 kDa
• Labeled proteins are purified using convenient spin filters
• Requires the antibody or protein be purified prior to labeling
