CORNING™ Filter Adapter Caps and Solid Overcap are constructed of polyethylene and sterilized by gamma irradiation.

  • Overcaps made from polyethylene
  • Filter adapter caps have peel-away covers for inserting barbed disc filters for sterile venting with 0.2 μm membrane
  • Sterlized by gamma irradiation
  • Solid red overcap is used in closed systems or applications where venting is not necessary
