WHEATON™ Erlenmeyer Shake Flasks, Baffled Base are made from virgin, non-leaching Lexan polycarbonate resin and are certified pyrogen-, DNase- and RNase-free. The baffled base promotes oxygenation and mixing, making these flasks ideal for aerobic and anaerobic culture.

  • Patented polypropylene DuoCAP™ has a 0.22μm membrane that allows sterile air exchange or a leak resistant seal
  • Baffled base flasks are ideal when increased levels of oxygenation and mixing are required
  • Ideal replacement for glass and other Erlenmeyer / Shaker Flasks
  • Minimize oxidation or pH shifts and perform aerobic/anaerobic culture
  • Lexan polycarbonate resin conforms to flame retardant standards and is scratch resistant
  • Available with septum cap for pathogen containment
  • Sterile to SAL 10-6 and re-autoclavable/reusable
