Immunomagnetic positive selection of human CD33+ and CD66+ cells (e.g. myeloid cells)

  • The EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow by positive selection
  • Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles
  • Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns
  • Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off
  • The CD33 and CD66b antigens are expressed on myeloid progenitors monocytes and granulocytes
  • This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18653) for even faster cell isolations
