Description

Description

The immunogen for the anti-h-Cyclin D3 was a recombit full length Cyclin D3 protein recognizing a 34 kD protein. Cyclin D3 is a G1 cyclin closedly related to Cyclins D1 and D2 phase progression. Like Cyclin D1 and Cyclin D2, it is activated by the same mechanisms and can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk4 and cdk6.
