  • CD19 Nano-Strep is a recombinantly expressed low affinity nanobody fused to a Twin-Strep-tag™
  • Due to its low affinity for the target, an increase in avidity is required to ensure sufficient binding to the cell surface
  • Combining Nano-Streps with a Strep-Tactin™ backbone leads to the formation of complexes that stably bind to cells.
  • Nano-Streps were developed for Traceless Affinity Cell Selection (Nano-TACS™), which is based on our Strep-tag™ technology
