Batoclimab (HBM9161) is a fully human antibody targeting the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). It targets patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum diseases and other autoimmune diseases, and can accelerate the degradation of autoantibodies in their bodies. Batoclimab (HBM9161) is an antibody that targets the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). FcRn expression is up-regulated by pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-alpha) and prolongs the half-life of IgG and serum albumin by reducing lysosomal degradation in endothelial cells and bone marrow-derived cells. Blocking the FcRn-IgG interaction can accelerate the degradation of autoantibodies and reduce the onset of various pathogenic IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases, including myasthenia gravis, thyroid ophthalmopathy, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease and immunity Thrombocytopenia.Specifications
