• Test Specificity: Reacts with a wide range of cartilage proteoglycans after either chondroitinase (ABC or AC) or testicular hyaluronidase digestion. Native proteoglycans do not react with MAB2035. Antibody binding to epitope is successfully inhibited by disaccharides of chondroitin-6-sulfate. Recognizes the chondroitin-6-sulfate stubs (preferentially in clusters) of high density cartilage proteoglycans of different species. No cross-reactivity with dermatan sulfate, keratan sulfate or chondroitin-4-sulfate.
