Antibody binding to epitope is successfully inhibited by disaccharides of chondroitin-6-sulfate. Recognizes the chondroitin-6-sulfate stubs (preferentially in clusters) of high density cartilage proteoglycans of different species. No cross-reactivity with dermatan sulfate, keratan sulfate or chondroitin-4-sulfate. | |
