  • Ideal for grinding and mixing samples when organic and metallic contamination are equally undesirable
  • Extremely high resistance to abrasion and very long wearing withmoderate efficiency
  • Handmade from flawless Brazilian agate
  • Typical composition: Major element – Si; Minor elements – Al, Na, Fe, K, Ca, Mg
  • Hardness: Mohs 6-7; Knoop 550-800
