Description

The PathHunter™ U2OS MCHR1 Bioassay Kit measures MCHR1 activity via detection of SH2 recruitment. Bioassay kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The PathHunter™ U2OS MCHR1 Bioassay Kit provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to measure drug potency and detect neutralizing antibodies. This bioassay asseses ligand (e.g. Recombinant Human PDGF-BB) based on activation of MCHR1 GPCR activity via detection of SH2 Recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged MCHR1 and EA-tagged . Activation of MCHR1 stimulates the recruitment of and produces EFC signal. Bioassay kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, control agonist, detection reagent, and assay plates.
