The PathHunter™ eXpress Keap1-NRF2 Nuclear Translocation Assay measures Keap1-NRF2 pathway activation via nuclear translocation of NRF2. eXpress kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The PathHunter™ eXpress Keap1-NRF2 Nuclear Translocation Assay provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study drug candidates affecting the Keap1-NRF2 pathway. This kit assesses ligand (e.g. methyl CDDO) based pathway activation via detection of resulting NRF2 nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cells overexpress PL-tagged NRF2 and nuclear localized EA alongside untagged Keap1. Upon pathway activation, induced nuclear translocation of NRF2 leads to production of EFC signal. eXpress kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, detection reagent, and assay plates.
