The PathHunter™ eXpress HEK 293 RELA Nuclear Translocation Assay measures NFκB pathway activation via nuclear translocation of RELA. eXpress kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The PathHunter™ eXpress HEK 293 RELA Nuclear Translocation Assay provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study drug candidates affecting the NFκB pathway. This kit assesses ligand (e.g. wortmannin) based pathway activation via detection of resulting RELA nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cells overexpress PL-tagged RELA and nuclear localized EA. Upon pathway activation, induced nuclear translocation of RELA leads to production of EFC signal. eXpress kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, detection reagent, and assay plates.
