Viewing Your Order History
You can view your order history in several ways:
- From the 'My Account' dropdown you can:
- Select 'Order Status' to view an order summary with filters for dates and web orders specifically
- Select 'Recent Purchases' with search filters by date, status, and PO number
- From the Dashboard you can:
- View open, shipped, completed, and pending orders, as well as invoices
- Select 'Order Details' to get detailed information on each order including invoices, and tracking
- Update notifications to stay up-to-date on all aspects of your orders
- Toggle between business accounts and search parameters including date, status, and PO number. You can also search over multiple accounts by selecting 'All Accounts'
