Temperature optimization through VeriFlex technology
VeriFlex blocks are controlled by multiple Peltier elements and are used to optimize PCR temperature with precision. The VeritiPro Thermal Cycler allows for six zones of independent temperature control, giving you the ultimate control of your PCR workflows.
Remote capabilities
By connecting your VeritiPro Thermal Cycler to Connect, you will have complete control of your instrument while away from the lab. With Connect you can check instrument availability through the mobile app, download experimental report files, receive alerts, and more. Simulation mode
The VeritiPro Thermal Cycler is equipped with simulation modes, allowing it to be run using the same ramp rates as previous or different instruments. Through this feature you will be able to mimic the ramp rates of the Veriti, Applied Biosystems 2720, Bio-Rad T100, Bio-Rad MyCycler, Bioer XP Cycler, Eppendorf Mastercycler, MJ Research PTC-200, and Takara Dice PCR thermal cyclers.

MicroAmp TriFlex 3 x 32-Well PCR Reaction Plates
MicroAmp TriFlex 3 x 32-Well PCR Reaction Plates have a unique design, with three identical polypropylene 32-well PCR plates connected by dual side-tabs for use with 32-well and standard 96-well thermal blocks. Warranties
Rapid Exchange (REX) extended warranty
In most countries, your thermal cycler comes with a standard two-year warranty. The package offered here provides additional warranty coverage to your existing manufacturer's limited warranty. With the Rapid Exchange (REX) extended warranty, if your instrument needs repair, just call our Support Center and we will exchange it for a factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument within one business day from the time we determine a replacement is required. Instruments are typically received within three days of shipment and are yours to keep. All parts, labor, and shipping charges are included, and existing warranty contracts will be transferred to replacement units.
The Rapid Exchange extended warranty is ideal for customers with user-installable instruments that do not require asset tag consistency, and for those operating under critical timelines.
AB Repair Center (ABRC) extended warranty
In most countries, your thermal cycler comes with a standard two-year warranty. The package offered here provides additional warranty coverage to your existing manufacturer's limited warranty. With ABRC support, factory-trained engineers will perform maintenance or repair your instrument at our remote service center. Just send us your instrument and we will maintain or repair it and ship it back to you typically within three weeks. All parts, labor, and shipping charges are included.
The ABRC extended warranty is ideal for customers in regulated environments who must maintain asset tag consistency to comply with regulated protocols.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The heated thermal cycler lid is designed to make sure that optimized pressure is applied on the microplate for an efficient PCR reaction. When using PCR tubes, excess pressure on the tubes, from the heated lid can cause deformation of the tubes. To avoid this, we recommend using the Tray/Retainer set, as shown below:

The recommended conditions are determined to ensure no static discharge (low humidity) occurs.
Recommended Conditions:
- Veriti: 20-80% humidity
- VeritiPro: 15-80% humidity
We have not tested Veriti and VeritiPro thermal cyclers in low humidity, below 20%, therefore we cannot recommend using them in those conditions.
There is no universal ramp rate for a thermal cycler because both the block and sample ramp rates are different for each thermal cycler. The sample ramp rate changes with the volume of the sample since more time and energy are required to heat higher sample volumes. The ramp rate may also need to be changed for a particular PCR assay or primer pair if you are trying to use the same PCR assay on two different thermal cyclers, for example.
As a reference, the block ramp rate commonly used with DreamTaq Polymerase on the MiniAmp thermal cycler is 3.0 C/sec. In a 50 µL PCR reaction, this translates to a sample ramp rate of ~1 C/sec.
