Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-Ubc13 is a monoclonal antibody specific to the approximately19 kDa Ubc13 protein. Ubc13 is a ubiquitin conjugating enzyme that is complexed with a ubiquitin activating enzyme (E1), Mms2. The association of Mms2 to Ubc13 forms an active heterodimer that is involved in error-free post replicative DNA repair in yeast. Upon complexing with another conjugating enzyme variant, Uev1a, Ubc13 participates in the regulation of NF-kB signal transduction pathway in humans.
