Invitrogen™ Rat IgG Isotype Control
Rat Polyclonal Isotype Control
Brand: Invitrogen™ 31933
Description
Concentration may vary slightly from lot-to-lot, see lot-specific datasheet for exact concentration. Purity: Based on immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration of 20 mg/mL, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-rat whole serum is the same as that against goat anti-rat IgG, Fc fragment specific. No precipitin line was detected against goat anti-rat IgA, alpha chain specific or goat anti-rat IgM, μ chain specific. This antibody is recommended for use in blocking assays, immunohistochemical, immunocytochemical and immunofluorescent applications. Storage: Store at 2-8°C under sterile conditions. Dilute only enough antibody for a single day's use. Country of Origin: USA.
