IGF1 Recombinant Protein, RP-10910, from Invitrogen.

The RP-10910 protein is a recombinant protein suitable for use as a control in various applications. Purity: Greater than 98% by RP-HPLC, anion-exchange chromatography; reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE, silver stain. Dimers/Aggregates: <1% by SDSPAGE Biological Activity: Fully biologically active compared to reference standards. Specific activity is 1 x 106 IU/mg. Biological activity at 0.2-20ng/ml. Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug Protein Content: Determined spectrophotometrically at 280nm (0.502ext. coeff), and by RP-HPLC analysis against a calibrated standard. Lyophilized product is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Store lyophilized product desiccated at -20°C. Upon reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20°C. For long-term storage add either HSA or BSA to 0.1%. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
