Description

Wash lysed samples to remove any contaminants or inhibitors from the isolated plant total RNA. Thermo Scientific™ MagJET™ Wash Buffer 1 (concentrated) is a component of the MagJET™ Plant RNA Kits (K2771/2772) and may be purchased separately in 110mL aliquots.

The Thermo Scientific™ MagJET™ Plant RNA Kit is designed for fast and efficient purification of total RNA from a variety of plant species and tissues without phenol/chloroform extraction. The kit utilizes magnetic bead technology, enabling high yields and robust performance. High binding capacity, uniform particle size, and rapid magnetic response of MagJET magnetic beads makes the technology ideal for high throughput automatic nucleic acid purification, as well as for manual purification by low sample throughput users. The resulting high-quality RNA is free of proteins, nucleases and other contaminants or inhibitors.
