Description

The streptavidin, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate can be used to detect biotin in a signal amplification scheme in conjunction with chromogenic substrates or fluorogenic HRP substrates.

The streptavidin, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate can be used to detect biotin in a signal amplification scheme in conjunction with chromogenic substrates or fluorogenic HRP substrates, such as the tyramide signal amplification (TSA) technology.

We recommend reconstituting in 1 mL of 1X phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, for a 1 mg/mL stock solution.
