START Circle is an all-inclusive service consisting of:

  • Professional installation and basic operational training performed by a BUCHI-trained and certified Field Service Engineer
  • An extended warranty agreement that extends the warranty of your BUCHI instrument for one additional year from the shipment date of your instrument
  • One onsite preventative maintenance service for the instrument
  • During the warranty period, all parts, labor, and travel for unlimited repair visits and the on-site preventative maintenance visit are included
  • The onsite preventative maintenance can be scheduled at any time during the warranty period
