The following is the dilution protocol:
- Transfer entire contents of 1 unit bottle into a 1L volumetric flask.
- Rinse bottle residue, the threads of the bottle, and inner bottle cap each with DI water, and transfer to the 1L flask.
- Repeat rinse three times. Bring the 1L flask to volume with DI water and mix well.
The final solution in the 1L flask has a concentration of 1% Starch Indicator.
