- Transfer entire contents of the 1 U bottle into a 1 L volumetric flask.
- Rinse bottle residue, the threads of the bottle, and inner bottle cap each with DI water, and transfer to the 1 L flask.
- Repeat rinse three times. Bring the 1 L flask to volume with DI water and mix well.
The final solution in the 1 L flask has a concentration of 1% Starch indicator.
