Large low-chrome Grinding Vial Set contains everything necessary to make one complete grinding vial plus three spare polycarbonate center cylinders.

  • Grinds one large sample at a time in the Large Freezer/Mill™
  • Sample grinding capacity 5 g – 50 g.
  • Specifically designed to grind electronic components for RoHS/WEEE compliance testing.
  • End plugs and impactor are made of low-chrome ASTM 06 steel to eliminate chromium contamination during grinding.
  • Withstands liquid nitrogen temperatures.
  • Closed grinding vial prevents sample cross-contamination, retains volatiles, and controls hazardous or critical samples.
  • Transparent plastic center cylinder allows visual checking of the grinding progress.
  • low-chrome steel end plugs and impactor are autoclavable and reusable.
  • Polycarbonate center cylinders are disposable or may be cleaned with hot water and detergent.
