Description
Sodium Phosphate Dibasic is used in many applications, including the purification of antibodies, as a reagent and buffer in analytical chemistry, and in the preparation of biological buffers. Also used as a sequestrant, emulsifier and buffer in foods; as mordant in dyeing; for weighting silk; in tanning; in manufacturing of enamels, ceramics, detergents, and boiler compounds; as a fireproofing agent in soldering and brazing instead of borax; as a cathartic; and as a laxative.
