Highly hygroscopic and water soluble. Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, MP Biomedicals is a sodium salt of phosphoric acid. This white powder is an important component of running buffer for denaturing gel electrophoresis.

Sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous

  • Used for preparing phosphate buffer, which in turn is utilized in X-gal staining
  • Induces glomerular calcification as well as other nephrotic syndrome in Sprague-Dawley rats
