Poly (Adp-Ribose) Polymerase 1 (PARP1), recombinant human protein is supplied in frozen format. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human PARP1 at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind to biotinylated human HSP70, the EC50 of biotinylated human HSP70 is 0.035μg/mL
