Invitrogen™ SH3RF2 Polyclonal Antibody
Description
A suggested positive control is NIH-3T3 cell lysate. PA5-21013 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-1127.
The SH3RF2 gene encodes a protein that has been shown to possess protein phosphatase 1 binding activity and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. This protein is involved in several cellular processes, including the positive regulation of the JNK cascade, protein autoubiquitination, and regulation of cellular protein metabolic processes. The protein is located in the nucleoplasm and mutations in the SH3RF2 gene have been associated with Ureter Transitional Cell Carcinoma.
