RyR1 Polyclonal Antibody, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen PA5111900
Description
Reconstitute antibody with 50 μL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4 degrees C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20 degrees C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g 5 min). Peptide sequence is: (C)RAENEKD ATTEKNKKR Homology: Rat, mouse amino acid residues are identical.
Ryanodine receptors have been shown to play critical roles in the intracellular Ca2+ signaling occurring during cell activation in muscle cells and non-muscled cells. Ryanodine receptor, ∼500 kDa, can be isolated from a variety of cell types such as lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial, endothelial cells, skeletal muscles, cardiac muscle and brain tissues.
