Ral Guanine Nucleotide Dissociation Stimulator-Like 4 (RGL4) is a gene that encodes a member of the RalGDS family, which is involved in the regulation of the Ras signaling pathway. This gene is located on chromosome 22 and is highly expressed in various tissues, including the brain and reproductive organs. RGL4 is known to interact with RalA and RalB, small GTPases that play crucial roles in cellular processes such as vesicular trafficking, cytoskeleton dynamics, and cell proliferation.
