50µg
Description
Recombinant MERS-CoV virus 3CL Protease is a cysteine protease that cleaves proteins with sequences including a LQ[S/A/G]. The cleavage occurs c-terminal to the glutamine residue. We recommend an initial MERS-CoV 3CL Protease concentration of 50-100 nM when using substrate S-720.
