Interleukin 34 (IL-34) is a secreted cytokine that binds to the colony stimulating factor 1 receptor CSF1R and stimulates monocyte proliferation; causes phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase-1 and -2 (ERK1/2) in human monocytes; and promotes the formation of the colony-forming unit‐macrophage (CFU-M). Provided as 10μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
