Recombinant Human IL-2, Cell Culture Grade is an agonist for IL2RA and IL2RB. Provided as 10μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.

Interleukin 2 (IL-2) is a cytokine protein and mediator of the immune response. An agonist for IL2RA and IL2RB, IL-2 regulates activation of T and B lymphocyte proliferation, and also stimulates monocytes, lymphokine-activated killer cells, natural killer cells, and glioma cells. This cell culture grade recombinant human IL-2 is a variant form of IL-2 (contains a serine to cysteine substitution) that can be used for differentiation studies, functional assays, and cell culture. Provided as 10μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
