R&D Systems™ Recombinant Human Fibronectin Fragment 3 Protein
Description
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of B16-F1 mouse melanoma cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to Recombinant Human Fibronectin Fragment 3/amino acids 1266-1908 coated plates (1 μg/mL with 100 μL/well), approximately 50-75% will adhere after 30-60 minutes at 37 °C. Optimal concentration depends on cell type as well as the application or research objective.
