Description

For measuring the expansion in volume of edible oils and fats over a temperature range within which melting takes place

  • Dilatometer body is graduated with an arbitrary scale, from 0 to 0.9mL
  • Graduated at every 0.005mL with clear figures every 0.05mL
  • Chamber is filled with oil or fat and the meniscus should be settled on zero when the stopper is in place at starting temperature
